Hi there! I am a doctoral student at ETH Zürich. I am supervised by Prof. Ryan Cotterell and Prof. Mrinmaya Sachan. Before starting my Ph.D., I was a undergrad student at Peking University, majored in Computer Science.

My research focuses on various aspects of natural language processing, including information extraction, structured prediction, language modeling, and aligning language models. I aim to uncover the underlying factors driving NLP model behaviors and develop principled algorithms to create more interpretable and reliable systems. Currently, my work emphasizes post-training techniques for language models, with a particular focus on aligning their behavior across different languages.
